About Mikayla
Interspiritual Reverend • Spiritual Counselor/Spiritual Direction • Yoga Teacher Guide for Soul Remembering
“My work is not a doctrine; it is a remembering. A return to the sacred rhythm of life, where love is not earned but inherent, where healing is not about fixing but unfolding. To witness a soul soften, to see fear dissolve into light—this is the deepest honor.” ~Mikayla
I support individuals to reconnect with their inner wisdom through spiritual counseling/spiritual direction, intuitive guidance, and embodied practice. My work blends interspiritual ministry, trauma-sensitive presence, and over two decades of yoga and contemplative study. My approach rests on four pillars: Presence, Compassion, Clarity, and Remembrance.
This journey is one of divine refinement, a shift from resistance to trust, from believing life is happening to us to knowing it is happening for us. Here, you are not asked to become anything—only to remember who you have always been. In this space, you are seen, heard, and held in love as you step into deeper communion with the Divine Intelligence that breathes through all things.
Even as a child, my soul was drawn to something vast, something sacred. I sensed life was more than the physical world. My early spiritual grounding came through A Course in Miracles and I Remember Union where I awakened to Christ Consciousness, and Pathwork to Self-Transformation, where I learned the art of meeting the inner child with compassion.
For over 20 years, yoga has been my moving meditation and my way of returning to presence. As a teacher, I weave spiritual insight into embodied practice, guiding others to soften, ground into truth, and rest in love.
Seeking deeper wisdom, I studied at Spirit School of the Intuitive Arts in the Blue Ridge Mountains and later followed my calling to One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in NYC, where I was ordained as an Interspiritual Reverend and trained in spiritual counseling and world wisdom traditions. My journey has been one of deep listening—to the earth, to the unseen, to the voice of intuition that speaks not in urgency, but in invitation. Finding, again and again, the same golden thread—light speaking through every language, love wearing a thousand names.
