The Four Layers
Meeting the Emotional – We honor and feel emotions fully, allowing them to move through us rather than define us. Through gentle self-inquiry, we hold space for the emotions that long to be seen, felt, and released.
Meeting the Mental – The stories we tell ourselves shape our reality. Together, we unravel these narratives, bringing awareness to old belief systems and opening the door to new patterns of thought and perception.
Meeting the Physical – The body keeps the score, storing our emotions and experiences within. Through meditation, visualization, dance, yoga, chakra balancing tuning forks, conscious movement, singing, toning, and breathwork, we release stored energy and invite vitality back into our cells.
Meeting the Spiritual – We remember our connection to Source, surrendering into the divine flow of love that guides and holds us. Through prayer, meditation, inner child work, love and forgiveness, mirror work, soul gazing and deep presence, we cultivate trust in the unfolding of our soul’s path
